Opening the market of innovation -
Our process is fairly simple. After signing a two-way Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we will ask you to safely share your idea with us. OMGenius will review the idea and investigate in three critical areas: technical feasibility, market viability, and financial business case.
After the review, OMGenius will provide you with a report of our findings. This report is entirely free to you and will contain valuable research and information. If the findings determine the idea to be viable, OMGenius will then present you a contract offer to bring your idea to market. You will see that our contracts are structured to ensure that our interests are aligned with yours.
You may notice that the description above does not mention any fees, deposits, or down payments. The initial risk to you is zero. If no contract agreement is reached, you retain ownership of your ideas and owe us nothing. In short: this is a risk-
